چکیده
Aim of the study was to analyze course coronavirus pneumonia in patients with pneumomediastinum. Material and methods. The included 139 patients, 71 whom developed spontaneous pneumomediastinum against background pneumonia. Laboratory, clinical radiological data were analyzed compared. Results. relationship between severity viral (3rd–4th degree according MSCT) revealed. It found that mediastinal emphysema COVID-19 signifcantly more often leads development acute respiratory distress syndrome, multiple organ failure can be a predictor negative prognosis disease outcome. Conclusions. Pneumomediastinum caused by new infection is severe poor prognosis. With an increase without pneumothorax, it recommended perform mediastinotomy Razumovsky’s indications, case clinically signifcant concomitant pneumothorax – drainage revision mediastinum.

The aim of the current study was to investigate the expression of the proliferation antigen, Ki67, in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and its correlation with clinicopathological factors. The expression of Ki67 and other biological indicators in 24 cases of TNBC tissues and 178 cases of non-TNBC tissues were detected using immunohistochemistry. Their correlation with the clinicopathologica...

15 صفحه اولCharacterization and complete genome sequence of a novel coronavirus, coronavirus HKU1, from patients with pneumonia.
Despite extensive laboratory investigations in patients with respiratory tract infections, no microbiological cause can be identified in a significant proportion of patients. In the past 3 years, several novel respiratory viruses, including human metapneumovirus, severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) coronavirus (SARS-CoV), and human coronavirus NL63, were discovered. Here we report the disc...
